Sales Representatives: We are looking for self motivated individuals who preferably have experience in the sales field. This person must have their own transportation, an upbeat attitude, a friendly personality and be very customer oriented. Sales Representatives may choose their own hours of operation. This position is commission based, but it pays high commissions (30%) and residuals (10%). Sales Representatives that prove themselves will have the opportunity to become Sales Directors and have a sales team of their own and collect (20%) off their sales team also. There is plenty of room for advancement and no limit on potential income. Leads will be provided, but sales representatives will be required to produce leads for themselves if no leads are available. Phone Telemarketers: We are looking for well spoken individuals who preferably have phone experience dealing with potential customers. This person will be able to work from home or any other location that they choose. Phone Telemarketers may set their own hours of operation. This position’s pay is based on the amount of good leads that are produced. A Phone Telemarketer will call potential customers and setup meetings for Sales Reps to then go out to and sell our services. If services are sold, commission will be then be accumulated for a good lead. ($5 starting per good lead). A good phone telemarketer can setup upwards of 10 or more good leads in an hour.
